Luxe Remarkable, LLC has a zero return, refund and exchange policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

Please be sure to check the information listed on our website to ensure you are ordering the correct size or product.

If for any reason an item arrives damaged, please be sure to contact the carrier in which your package was delivered to file a claim.

Luxe Remarkable, LLC. will not assume any responsibility for any package that arrives damage.

If an item arrives and it is not the correct item ordered. Please notify our office immediately upon receipt of the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please be sure to include a copy via email at luxeremarkable@gmail.com of your receipt and a photo of the unopened item.

Our office will review the information received and determine the best course of action that we will take.

It is at the discretion of Luxe Remarkable, LLC. to approve or deny any claim of an item from an order being incorrect.

Upon reaching a decision the Customer will be notified via email of a decision.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
